Description: Vanilla sponge cake covered in an old school icing that you might have had when you were at school!
Ingredients: EGG, sugar, dried glucose syrup, salt, WHEY flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, WHEY power, MILK, potato starch, palm oil, emulsifier, mono and diglycerides of fatty acid, thiamine), rapeseed oil, modified maize starch, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), sodium acid pyrophosphate, EGG albumen, emulsifier, sodium steamroll – 2 – lactylate, mono and diglycerides of fatty acid, stabiliser carboxymethyl cellulose.
Additional Ingredients: Icing sugar, anti-caking agent, tricalcium phosphate (E341), dextrose, SOYA, calcium lactate, tartaric acid, cream of tartar, colour (E129, E123, E122, E124, E414, E904), glazing agent shellac.
Allergens: Contains EGG, WHEAT, MILK, SOYA. Produced in a kitchen that handles nuts.
